As well as providing vital assistance to our veterinary surgeons, our nurses are qualified to run their own nurse clinics, offering a range of services.
NURSE SERVICES
We currently have 20 fully qualified RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurses at Oakhill Veterinary Centre. Many of them have achieved further qualifications in aspects of veterinary nursing.
As well as providing vital assistance to our vets, our nurses are qualified to run their own consultations, nurse clinics, and offer a range of services/treatments.

Weight management
Maintaining a healthy weight and getting the right nutrition is as important for all pets. Book a weight clinic for regular, on-going weight checks, support and advice.
Dental health check
Book a 20-minute dental check appointment for your cat or dog. They will get a full mouth check to assess dental health and tailored advice on the best dental homecare.
Juvenile pet check
Recommended at 6 months of age to make sure everything’s going well and for you to get advice on preventative care.
Puppy parties
Getting a puppy is an exciting time but if you are a first time puppy parent there’s also a lot to learn to ensure your new puppy remains happy and healthy… and there’s no better way to do it than at a puppy party.
