FAQs
I’m on the 365 Care Plan – do I still pay for a home visit?
Yes, a visit fee still applies if you’re using our Community Vet Nurse service at home. However, any procedures included in your 365 Plan (such as nail clips or anal gland expression) will still be free of charge as per your plan benefits.
Can I book procedures for more than one pet during a visit?
Absolutely! If you have multiple pets needing procedures, there’s just one visit fee per household – you won’t be charged multiple visit fees. Please note that each pet’s procedure is charged individually (unless covered by a 365 Care Plan).
Can my pet receive their second vaccine during a home visit?
Nurses do administer second vaccines in practice but we do not administer second vaccinations during home visits. This is due to the (very rare) risk of an anaphylactic reaction, which we can best manage in a fully equipped clinic environment.
