Tom graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2025 and joined Oakhill Equine Vets later that year as our Clinic Intern, having previously spent time at the practice seeing practice. He is enjoying developing his skills as part of the team, with particular interests in equine orthopaedics, diagnostic imaging and surgery. After a year as our intern Tom stayed on as part of our ambulatory team and is now on the road.

During his time at university, Tom spent a year running the Veterinary Society. He also had a brief moment in the spotlight at the Grand National, appearing on ITV for five seconds while cooling down Nick Rockett!

Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending time in the gym, mountain biking and working his way through the Wainwrights. He’s also partial to a good glass of wine and enjoys looking after the family dogs and Shetlands.
