Kai graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2021 and joined Oakhill Equine Vets that same year as a Clinic Intern. During his internship, he gained valuable experience in diagnostic imaging, medical work-ups, general anaesthesia and inpatient care. After completing his year-long internship, Kai continued with Oakhill as part of our ambulatory team and is now out on the road caring for horses across the region.

Kai is currently studying towards a Certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice, with particular interests in internal medicine and general anaesthesia. He enjoys continuing to develop his knowledge and skills to provide the best possible care for his patients.

Outside of work, Kai loves exploring the outdoors with his rescue Cocker Spaniel, Margot, heading to the gym and enjoying the odd bit of travelling when time allows. He’s also always happy to say yes to a coffee and cake date!
