Farm Vet Receptionist – POSITION NOW CLOSED

Who are we looking for?

As the professional first point of contact between our clients and on-farm teams (13 vets, 4 vet techs and 1 TB tester) you must:

• Be committed to delivering excellent customer service.
• Be an effective and confident communicator.
• Have strong administrative skills.
• Have the drive to join an energetic farm team.
• Be able to meet and greet farm clients and build relationships.
• Have an interest in farming.

The role

You will be joining our supportive and friendly farm team:

• Speaking regularly to our farm clients.
• Organising appointments.
• Assisting our team of vets and vet techs.
• Dispensing drugs for deliveries and pick-ups.

🕐 The position is full time Monday – Friday, with the potential to be on the Saturday rota. Working hours can be discussed at interview, but will be between office hours, Mon – Fri 8am-6.30pm and Sat 8.30am-1pm.

👷🏻‍♂️ A new purpose-built farm building is due for completion in June 2024 on our current Langley Lane site in Goosnargh. This brand new facility will provide us with full-equipped offices, a modern reception to greet farm clients, plenty of space to store medications, plus a huge meeting room with all the modern technology needed to create a great educational space.
