Modified Maquet Procedure [MMP]

Ian Chadwick has always had an interest in orthopaedic cases, and over the years has succesfully completed hundreds of CCL repair operations using various techniques as they have become established and complications ironed out. He is now pleased to offer the very latest technique called the Modified Maquet Procedure [MMP].

This exciting technique was developed almost 50 years ago by a Belgian human orthopaedic surgeon. It has been refined for use in our pet dogs and a Titanium Foam Wedge called Orthofoam has been developed to support the osteotomy and allow the bone to grow into it, thus maximising the recovery and minimising the convalescent period.
