Congratulations Danielle Holt

The annual Myerscough awards were held in July and Oakhill sponsored the Myerscough Equine Award.

The winning student was Danielle Holt who has just completed BSc (Hons) Equine Science and Management, and David Catlow was there to present her award on behalf of Oakhill.

Course tutor comment: ‘Danni has been extremely motivated throughout the duration of her course and has also achieved her British Horse Society Assistant Instructor Qualification. Her dissertation looked at the effects of sports massage of muscle activity in the equine forelimb and has been entered for the Equalan Duo National Equine Thesis of the Year Award. Danni is hoping to progress into post graduate study in the future.'

Danni is currently a freelance riding instructor.  In the long term she intends to study for a masters Degree and hopes for an equine based career that is physiology based.

Oakhill would like to say congratulations to Danni and we wish her the best for her future in the equine industry.
