A great time had by all at 2011's Agricultural Shows

This year's shows as normal have been an astounding success although the weather at Great Eccleston couldn't of been worse!!

During the Goosnargh and Longridge show we ran a new competition incorporating Oakhill's 'World Horse Rescue' Shetland 'Jelly'. The competition was called 'Where wll Jelly drop one next' and proved a huge success with all the children at the event and helped us sell all the squares with every £1 raised going to RockFm's Cash For Kids.

During the Great Eccleston show we also ran a new competition which was 'How far can you row in 30 seconds'. This proved to be a very competitive competition and the winners manged to row 183m (Men) and 146m (Women).
